Christchurch Gardens, sometimes referred to as Top Park, is located at the top of the Parade. The three-acre site was originally developed at the same time as Christ Church in the 18th century
After significant renovation in 2010 the much loved gardens now include several tennis and basketball courts. Now guided by the Friends of Christchurch Gardens, a sub-committee of the Leamington Society. All its members are volunteers and local residents.
